Frank has spent his entire life in the city. Gruff by nature, this crusty old man left his apartment after another long cold winter in hibernation. Suddenly, hope springs eternal with the inital bloom of a flower signifying the end of winter, until his dreams are dashed by a cold and unexpected snow squall sending Frank back to the cave.
